Hello everyone!

We are currently accepting applications for the 46th term Clinton Street Cabaret! As always, we perform on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday of every month. This should be a very exciting term. We have a Halloween show and the Lincoln City trip, among other things. If you would like to be a part of it, please send us your application to clintonstreetec@yahoo.com

Casting/Audition Initial Deadlines

The last applications should be submitted by July 7th.
Final Auditions will be on July 9th.
Official Cast List will be posted by July 12th.
Cast Meat & Greet Potluck on July 15th. (Cast members only)

If we do not have a complete cast, we will still be accepting applications. Our first dress rehearsal will be in-theater on July 18th. I hope you come out to see us!

Don’t forget kids, this coming Sunday (the 14th of June) your very own 45th CSC will have a float in the NW Pride Parade! Come out and show some support to a ton of great local organizations and of course your favorite Rocky cast in the whole wide world! We will be #32 in the Parade, and we hope to show everyone that Rocky is just as present as ever, and we aint’ going nowhere!

Even wonderful things have to come to an end and the 45th Clinton Street Cabaret is no exception. With only one show left for this amazing term, anticipation is high for the final Toast Out performance on June 20th and how things will start to shape up for the 46th cast quickly approaching behind it.

Our lovely photographer, Missy, took some beautiful pictures this term *coughcheckthemoutinthephotogallerycough* and decided to put in the time and effort to create a “yearbook” for the 45th term. No, we don’t get any money for them, nor does she, but they’re freaking awesome! You should totally get one!

Hey Rocky fans!

So, it’s probably been a long time coming, but it seems that the theater has increased the price for admittance at Rocky Horror. The price is now $8, so still cheap! Hope to see all your smiling and sometimes repulsed faces at the Anniversary show next month!

Hey kids!

It’s your friendly neighborhood Scotty Dont just dropping you a quick line on the goings-on in and around the CSC!

First things first! The 45th Clinton Street Cabaret is almost complete! But we are still looking for a Riff-Raff to tend to our butler-enabled needs. So, if you think you’ve got the right stuff to creep out the crowd (and whisper things in Steff’s ear when no one is looking to make her break character), click on the ‘ol “Join Us” button over there on the left hand side and sign your life away on the dotted line. We have cookies!

Second things second! PICTURES! Yes, it’s true. We have a new photographer this term. Missy is the lovely lady running around taking pictures of all of you in your various half-dressed states (and she won’t post the really bad ones if you name the right price), and she’s developed a new system for getting the pictures to me, so that I can in turn get the pictures to you. What this means is that right now (We’re talking Monday, two days after the show) there are currently pictures online of our February 21st show! And we threw in, free of charge, some other pictures from our last rehearsal just so you could point and laugh at us. It’s okay. We don’t mind. We know where you live. I kid! I kid! (Mostly) But be sure to come back and check out the picture pages often as there’s likely to be a lot of content up there this term.

Third things are third! Our next show, on March 7th, is our once-a-term Fuck With Your Character Night! What that means is that we’ll be spending the night enjoying our roles in new and interesting ways. Expect to see lots of zany costumes, off-the-wall humor, and breaking of character (Yup, still looking at you, Steff)! So come see us and, as always, expect to have a good time! Oh, don’t forget to stow your sense of modesty and discretion at the door.

Finally! We love you guys and want to get to know you better! How do we do this? Well, other than the drunken one-night stands and the awkward conversations the next day, there are a couple of less carnal options.

1. Come to IHOP on 82nd, between Foster and Holgate, after the show. After spending so much energy giving you the best show possible, we like to go get our pancake on, so come and say hi. We don’t bite. Unless you ask.
2. The Forums! Over there on the left is a link to our forums. Many of us do check it on a regular basis and the updates there lately have made me sad. So sign up, discuss a topic on your mind or on ours, and get to know the deep dark secrets of the CSC!
